Steve Scott

Steve Scott possesses extensive experience in information security and operations, having held significant roles at various organizations. Scott served as the Manager of Information Security Operations at the University of Utah from June 2004 to April 2008, later returning to the University in an enhanced capacity as Manager of Information Security Operations from August 2010 to December 2013. Scott’s tenure at Verisk Health as the Director of Information Security spanned December 2013 to August 2014, followed by a role as Data Center InfoSec Engineer at Meta from January 2019 to March 2020, where contributions included designing and building security tools and infrastructures for data center operations. Additionally, Scott held the position of Director of Enterprise Architecture, Security and Service Desk at St. Charles Health System from September 2014 to December 2018. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah and a Master’s degree in Outdoor Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
