Steve Yip, MBA, CSP, SMP, has extensive experience in health and safety management across various high-profile organizations. At NV Energy, Steve served as a Senior Safety Compliance Advisor, overseeing health and safety compliance for multiple sectors including construction and telecommunications. At Amazon, as Safety Manager, Steve successfully launched and maintained a comprehensive safety program for a large facility. Steve transitioned to Meta, where initial responsibilities as Datacenter EHS Program Manager involved developing an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program, followed by a role as Geographical EHS Manager, leading safety across numerous Data Center sites in North America. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Safety Manager at Invenergy LLC, where Steve was instrumental in creating and implementing a cohesive safety program for North America's largest independent wind power company. Steve holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
