Steven Chen is a seasoned machine learning engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently, at Meta since November 2025, Steven works on the Click to Message Ads Ranking Team. Prior to this position, Steven spent over six years at Quantcast, advancing from a software engineering intern to a senior machine learning engineer, where notable achievements included the development of a generalized forecasting model and the optimization of backend services using Tensorflow and PySpark.
