Steven Chiu

Steven Chiu has extensive experience in optical and mechanical engineering, holding senior management and director roles in prominent companies. At Young Optics, Steven contributed to the development of free form mirrors for heads-up displays. At Foxconn, Steven led ultra precision machining and played a crucial role in developing camera lenses for cellular devices. As a lens process expert and team leader at Huawei, Steven focused on next-generation lens development and innovative manufacturing processes. Currently, at Meta, Steven is involved in developing VR lenses. Steven Chiu earned a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University.
