Steven Harris has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles, starting as an intern at TIAA-CREF from 1992 to 1994. Following various engineering and management positions at companies such as Keyspan Energy, Terracotta Inc., and Software AG, where Steven held the title of Vice President of Engineering R&D Terracotta, a significant tenure at Metamarkets as Vice President of Engineering from February 2013 to January 2016 was followed by a Senior Manager role at Uber until June 2017. Afterward, Steven served as a Software Engineering Manager and later as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Facebook until July 2018. Currently, Steven works as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Meta from June 2022 to July 2025. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, with prior education at Parsippany High School.
