Steven Hutt

Steven Hutt is an experienced professional in machine learning and quantitative analysis with a robust background in the financial sector. Steven served as the Head of Machine Learning at Noble from January 2017 to April 2020, focusing on deep learning models for network traffic anomaly detection. Prior to that, tenure at UBS Investment Bank as Managing Director involved leading a team of quants in credit analytic models, while experience at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director included managing a global team supporting structured credit. Additionally, Steven has held positions at Meta as a Software Engineering Manager, and as a consultant at CME Group, where applications of deep learning were implemented for financial data analysis. Earlier roles include Senior Quantitative Analyst at BNP Paribas and VP Data Analytics at Maxeler Technologies. Steven holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mathematics from The University of Edinburgh.
