Stone Huang

Stone Huang possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across a diverse range of industries. Beginning as a Senior Organization Development Consultant at Allianz, Stone transitioned to roles at HSBC, where a focus on talent management and employee engagement was emphasized. This was followed by positions at Mars, where responsibilities included learning and development strategy, and Nike, where leadership supported the Direct-to-Consumer retail business in Greater China. After serving as HR Head for L'Oréal's China e-commerce sector, Stone is currently the Head of HR for GCR & Reality Lab APAC at Meta, overseeing HR functions and driving strategic people initiatives.
