Stuart Caudill

Stuart Caudill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in intelligence and cyber operations. With a role as Chief of Staff in the US Army, Stuart managed a cross-functional team of 200 employees across multiple countries. As Branch Chief, Stuart led a team of analysts in developing innovative cyber intelligence products and co-authored an intelligence handbook for training foreign partners in Afghanistan. In the capacity of Offensive Cyber Operations Manager, Stuart coordinated operations for 15 teams across three Combatant Commands. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Trust & Safety at Meta, Stuart brings a strong analytical background, supported by a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Arabic from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of International Affairs in International Security Policy from Columbia University.
