Susan Keefe

Susan Keefe possesses extensive experience in the fields of IT training, project management, and learning and development. Beginning a career at Wang Laboratories, Inc. (1979-1989), Susan transitioned to Goodwin Procter LLP as a Senior IT Training & Documentation Specialist (1990-2003), followed by a role at Ropes & Gray LLP (2003-2009) as a Technical Training & Documentation Specialist. Other notable positions include Learning & Development Manager at Digital Intelligence Systems (2012-2016) and Senior Project Manager roles at Infotree Service (2020-2022) and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (2017-2019). Currently, Susan serves as Change & Training Portfolio Manager at Meta since May 2022. Educational accomplishments include an Associate degree from Castle Jr. College and credits towards a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, following studies at Boston University.
