Susie Lada is an experienced UX researcher with a strong background in academia and industry. Lada began her career at University College London as a postgraduate researcher and teacher from October 2010 to April 2016, followed by a position as a research executive at GfK from July 2016 to November 2018. Lada then transitioned to AXA as a user experience researcher from November 2018 to September 2020, before serving as a user researcher at Kaluza until September 2021. Currently, Lada is a senior UX researcher at Meta. Lada holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Corvinus University of Budapest and an MPhil in European History from the University of Cambridge, both achieved with First Class honors.
