Swetha Sainath has a diverse background in operations and procurement, beginning as a Lead Teller at Wells Fargo, managing daily transactions and resolving customer issues. Subsequent roles include Strategic Sourcing Manager at Cisco Meraki and Oculus VR, where Swetha oversaw sourcing projects and logistics. At Bristol-Myers Squibb, Swetha contributed to market research and managed significant RFPs. In a managerial position at Facebook, Swetha enhanced product operations in AR/VR. Currently, Swetha serves as the Director of Strategy and Operations at Meta, leveraging extensive experience in supply chain management acquired from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School.
