Sydney Risen

Sydney Risen PhD is an experienced professional in drug development and research collaboration, currently serving as a Research Collaborator V at Mercor. Previous experience includes an internship in Drug Development at Tolmar, where Sydney authored IND modules and analyzed pharmacokinetic data, and a role as Chief Medical Scribe at ScribeAmerica, enhancing workflow efficiency in clinical settings. Sydney also contributed to STEM education as a certified tutor and currently teaches yoga after completing a 200-hour teacher training. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Colorado State University, Sydney supports courses in toxicology and molecular biology, while doctoral research focuses on neurotoxicology and therapeutic strategies for neurodegenerative diseases.
