Sylvia Huang

Sylvia Huang is a seasoned litigator specializing in high-stakes complex matters such as consumer and product liability class actions, as well as patent and insurance coverage litigation. Huang began a career in law as a Law Student Volunteer at Legal Aid and completed a Legal Externship at the U.S. District Court, CACD, before serving as a Law Clerk at the Attorney General's Office. Experience includes a Summer Associate position at Covington & Burling and advancing to Associate at Covington & Burling LLP until 2024. Currently, Huang serves as Associate General Counsel for Litigation at Meta. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) in Intellectual Property Law from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from the University of California, San Diego. Prior to legal practice, Huang worked as a Clinical Research Associate managing breast cancer clinical trials at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center.
