Szu Wei Lai has extensive experience in manufacturing design engineering, particularly in the AR/VR sector, currently working at Meta (formerly Facebook) since June 2020, focusing on supply base engineering and manufacturing operations. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Module Process Engineer at Apple, where Szu Wei contributed to display module process development and vendor management from December 2014 to May 2020. Earlier, Szu Wei served as a Senior Engineer of Product Integration at Qualcomm, specializing in MEMS display module development. In the initial career phase, Szu Wei worked at INNOLUX, leading R&D for TFT array technology and establishing a new functional film laboratory.
