Tai Boon Ding

Tai Boon Ding is a data science manager at Meta, currently overseeing cross-Meta integrity initiatives related to regulatory readiness, after previously serving as a data scientist within the same company. Tai has a diverse background, including experience as a data analyst at Quad2Media, where skills in user-content matching and A/B testing were honed, and analytical leadership at Cogo Labs before transitioning to Meta. Earlier roles include significant contributions as a dorm crew captain at Harvard Energy & Facilities, and community preparedness officer and fire and rescue officer with the Singapore Civil Defence Force, where leadership and operational management were critical. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Astrophysics from Harvard University and additional studies at Stockholm School of Economics and Deutsche Film- und Fernsehakademie Berlin.
