Taja Naidoo

Taja Naidoo has extensive experience in policy development, advocacy, and project management, with a focus on emerging technologies and social impact. Starting as a Policy and Advocacy Officer at Progressio Ireland, Taja worked on environmental policies before transitioning to roles that included Director at Mayvn Creative Consulting, Programme Lead for the Flight Deck Startup Incubator at NexLevel Coaching, and Digital Innovation Program Lead at PowerSpeaking, Inc. Taja furthered expertise through a leadership role in innovation and engagement at Smart Docklands and holds a current position as Senior Public Policy Manager for Data & AI Regulation at Meta. Taja's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Dublin City University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from The Innovation Academy, UCD.
