Tali Messing

Tali Messing is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. At Qualcomm from 2011 to 2014, Tali contributed to the AllJoyn services development team, optimizing a LAMP server for millions of users and filing a patent. As Director of Engineering at Meta since 2018, Tali oversees the Facebook Lite Core pillar, managing approximately 80 engineers while promoting Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as R&D Manager at IBM, overseeing data and interface development teams, and holding positions at SintecMedia, where Tali consistently achieved top rankings in R&D evaluations and led significant project developments. Tali holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Thomas Edison State College.
