Tammy Canton

Tammy Canton has extensive experience in leadership roles within notable organizations, primarily in operations and customer success. Tammy began a career at General Mills in the Financial Leadership Development Program from August 2006 to July 2010, followed by a position at Eversight as Senior Director, Customer Success from 2016 to 2018. Tammy's tenure at McKinsey & Company included roles as Engagement Manager and Associate from July 2014 to February 2015. At Meta, Tammy held several positions, including Manager and Senior Manager of Trust and Safety Operations, Director of Trust and Safety Operations, and currently serves as Director of Product Data Operations (Reels) since January 2023. Tammy earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities (2002-2006).
