Tara Rivers

Tara Rivers is an experienced legal professional specializing in privacy law, currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Privacy at Meta since April 2022. In addition to this role, Tara is a Charter Member and Deputy General Counsel at TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels. Previous experience includes serving as Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at ownerIQ, and Corporate Counsel for Digital Media at Inmar. Tara has also worked as a Privacy Compliance Consultant at Daniel Jaye & Associates LLC and In-house Counsel at Campus Crusade for Christ, International. Early career experience includes a role in sales operations at UnitedHealth Group.
