Taylor Ballinger is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in the fields of psychology and user experience research. Beginning as a Summer Intern at the EEOC, Taylor conducted research on employment discrimination and data analysis. At Indiana University Bloomington, as a Research Assistant, contributions included survey and experimental research on discrimination reactions. Taylor further honed analytical skills as a Lab Manager at Tufts University, focusing on stigma and intersectionality. Leadership roles include serving as Chair for the Graduate Student Committee for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at The Ohio State University, and as a NSF Graduate Research Fellow. Currently a Quantitative UX Researcher at Meta, Taylor specializes in social connection research through large-scale data projects. Educational achievements include a PhD and MA in Social Psychology, along with dual BA degrees in Psychology and English from Indiana University Bloomington.
