Ted Hsiao

Ted Hsiao possesses extensive experience in engineering and product development, with a strong emphasis on silicon IP validation and high-speed interface testing. Hsiao's career spans roles such as Sr. Manager at UMC USA, where responsibilities included silicon IP validation and troubleshooting, and as Sr. Manager at Aviat Networks, leading new product introduction and technology transfer. Hsiao served as VP of Product Development at Bizlink Technology Inc., overseeing product improvements and quality, and contributed to significant cost savings in earlier positions. More recently, Hsiao took on roles in hardware engineering and validation at Amazon Lab126 and Meta, focusing on high-speed interface validation. Hsiao holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University and a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
