Teri Chung

Teri Chung is an Operations Research student at Columbia University, expected to graduate in 2026. Teri has gained diverse experience through several internships, starting with cybersecurity roles at Protegus LLC and SYSUSA, Inc., where skills in security standards and risk assessment were developed. A significant role as Cybersecurity Intern allowed for collaboration on product evaluations. Teri transitioned into tutoring, focusing on STEM subjects for middle and high school students, while also holding an internship as Software Engineer Intern at Hippo, enhancing user experiences through front-end development. A leadership-focused fellowship with L'Oréal USA provided mentorship in product management and diversity initiatives. Teri currently serves as a Product Manager Fellow with the Columbia Organization of Rising Entrepreneurs and is interning in Product and Data Engineering at Cotera, where automation and data analysis skills contributed to increasing client acquisition significantly. Teri is also working as a Data Science, Product Analytics Intern at Meta, further expanding analytical capabilities in a technology-driven environment.
