Terrice Lee

Terrice Lee is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Meta since April 2022, Terrice leads global HR strategies for Product Strategy, Research Science, UX Research, and Marketing Insights. Prior to this, Terrice held the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Nexon America, overseeing HR functions across Western Operations, and also served in multiple HR leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, including Senior Manager HR Business Partner for Disney ABC Television Group. Terrice began a career in human resources at Symantec, progressing through roles from HR Intern to Senior HR Generalist. Educational credentials include a BA in Psychology and professional HR management certificates from UCLA, as well as a certificate in Human Capital and Effective Organizations from the University of Southern California.
