Terry Tang

Terry Tang is a highly skilled professional with a robust background in computer science and pattern recognition. With experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute of Intelligent Machines and Rice University, Terry has focused on areas such as machine learning and neural networks. A variety of software engineering internships at Halliburton, Google, and Facebook provided valuable industry experience, including the development of a predictive analytic tool. Currently, Terry serves as a Staff Research Scientist at Meta, leveraging expertise in data modeling and simulation gained during a research fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital Research Institute. Terry holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Rice University, a Master’s degree in Pattern Recognition from the University of Science and Technology of China, and a Bachelor’s degree in Control Science from Anhui University.
