Theodore Welty possesses extensive experience in hardware and software engineering across multiple leadership roles in prominent technology companies. Notable positions include HW/SW Engineer at Intel Corporation, where Theodore developed software functional tests and designed automated testing fixtures, and later, as Reference Platform Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on next-generation desktop motherboard development. Theodore's expertise further expanded as Site Manager in Penang, driving significant growth in both board delivery and headcount. As System Director SDS ORG, leadership involved the development of innovative silicon validation systems for OS vendors. More recent roles include Systems Integration Manager at Meta and Senior Manager at Amazon Web Services, focusing on hardware design and product quality within cloud infrastructure.
