Thomas Gratz has a diverse background in product marketing and community engagement within the technology and political sectors. Gratz served as Executive Legislative Assistant for the Washington State Senate, managing communications and events for a large constituency. At Microsoft, Gratz acted as Program Manager for the user-generated content platform Project Spark, developing strategies for community engagement. Gratz further advanced in the tech industry at HTC Vive, where as Senior Manager, Developer Marketing, a substantial developer ecosystem was cultivated. Additionally, Gratz contributed to product marketing at Meta, initially as Senior Product Marketing Manager and currently as Product Marketing Lead for Reality Labs, spearheading the go-to-market strategy for products including Meta Quest 3. Gratz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from the University of Washington.
