Thor Underdahl

Thor Underdahl, MBA, has extensive experience in government affairs, human resources, and data center management. Starting a career at Allete in 2007, roles included Security Control Operator, HR Analyst, and Department Coordinator. Underdahl also served as Government Affairs Representative and State Government Affairs Manager at Minnesota Power and held the position of Manager of Federal and State Government Affairs at Allete from 2018 to 2022. Presently, Underdahl is the Data Center Policy Manager for Energy, Environment, and Economic Development at Meta. Educational credentials include a BBA from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
