Tiara Brown

Tiara Brown is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in content policy and consumer safety. Currently serving as a Content Policy Associate Manager at Meta since June 2025, Tiara previously held positions at Hogan Lovells as an Associate and Law Clerk from October 2022 to June 2025, and as a Summer Associate in 2021. Academic contributions include work as a Clinical Student at the Berkeley Law Death Penalty Clinic and a Research Assistant for Professor Seth Davis while pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law. Earlier legal internships at the Office of the Public Defender Maryland and The Law Office of Richmond Davis provided foundational experience in client communication and legal document analysis. Tiara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Towson University.
