Tiffany Loo is an accomplished software engineer with a strong foundation in computer science and bioinformatics, holding dual Bachelor’s degrees from the University of California San Diego. Tiffany began professional experience as an Administrative Intern at Ajisen Ramen, where skills in Excel and organization were developed. Subsequent roles included a Software Engineering Intern position at American Express, where data analysis and user interface design were performed, and a Software Engineering Intern at Facebook, contributing to Portal AI. Tiffany also served as a Volunteer Research Intern at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies and advanced to a Laboratory Technician I role, gaining hands-on experience in data processing and bioinformatics tools. Currently, Tiffany holds positions at Instagram and Meta, focusing on Android development for Messenger and Instagram Direct. Additionally, Tiffany has experience as a Computer Science Tutor, assisting students in programming languages such as Java, C, and C++.
