Toby Partlett

Toby Partlett has extensive experience in policy and corporate communications, particularly within the technology and political sectors. Most recently, Toby served as the Policy Communications Manager for Meta in EMEA from June 2018 to July 2023, leading a team focused on safety, integrity, and innovation initiatives. Previous roles include Associate Director at Milltown Partners LLP, where strategic communications and reputation management were essential, and Assistant to the Regional Press Secretary for Obama for America in North Ohio, responsible for media interaction and event organization. Additional experience includes Senior Account Manager at Freud Communications and Senior Consultant at Teneo Blue Rubicon, specializing in corporate reputation and brand-building. Toby holds an MSc in International Relations and a BA in History from the University of Southampton.
