Tom Cheah

Tom Cheah is an accomplished software engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. With experience at AFX Dance, Tom developed a web application for audition signups and improved backend logic. As a Software Engineering Intern at Amazon, Tom designed an Alexa skill and contributed to cross-platform UI development. Tom's internships at Facebook and SAP SuccessFactors involved enhancing security processes and deploying microservices. Currently, as a Production Engineer at Meta, Tom focuses on building scalable backend systems. Additionally, Tom has experience mentoring teams and implementing significant system optimizations throughout various roles.
