Tom Evans is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in military law and corporate legal practice. From January 2019 to September 2021, Tom served as the Law of Armed Conflict Department Head at the United States Navy Office of the Judge Advocate General, providing critical legal advice during operational deployments in the Arabian Gulf and Indian Ocean.
