Tom Griffin

Tom Griffin is a legal professional with extensive experience in privacy law and technology, having co-founded iVote Australia and SR7. As Lead Counsel for APAC Privacy at Facebook (Meta), Tom leads a team managing privacy across various platforms in the Asia-Pacific region. Previous roles include Senior Associate at Allens, where Tom advised on data security and governance, and Head of Legal Product at Data Republic. Tom has also contributed to the legal landscape through secondments at Crestone Wealth Management and Westpac, and currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the IAPP in Australia and New Zealand. Tom holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame Australia.
