Tony Zhang is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in localization, logistics, and artificial intelligence products. From September 2021 to September 2022, Tony served as the Engineering Manager for Lyft's Localization team, where responsibilities included leading the tech team and improving localization accuracy through scalable platforms and advanced models. Prior to Lyft, Tony worked at Meta as an Engineering Manager for GenAI Products starting in June 2024, and held the role of Engineering Manager at Nuro, overseeing logistics and routing teams from September 2022 to June 2024. Earlier experience includes positions as a software engineer intern and senior software engineer in the Maps Analytics Team at Apple from June 2014 to September 2014. Tony holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
