Tracy McCarthy

Tracy McCarthy has extensive experience in design and program management, currently serving as the Design Program Management Lead at Meta. Previous roles include Principal Design Manager, Senior Design Manager, and Senior Design Producer at Microsoft, as well as Product Manager and UX Researcher | Software Product Designer at IBM. Tracy began their career as an Information Designer at Design Science Consulting Inc. and a Designer at the Southwest ADA Center at ILRU. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Industrial Design from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
