Troy Lynette has extensive experience in network engineering and technical program management across notable companies in the telecommunications industry. Beginning a career at Lucent Technologies as a Member of the Technical Staff, Troy progressed to various managerial roles at Lumen Technologies, focusing on content delivery and network engineering. Currently, as a Technical Program Manager at Meta, Troy supports software and network engineers in optimizing operations and automating delivery processes across multiple network verticals. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, earned between 1987 and 1992.
