Ty Johnson

Ty Johnson is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in product counsel and business affairs. Currently serving as Product Counsel for the Central Products Team at Meta since May 2025, Ty has previously held significant roles such as Director of Legal and Business Affairs for both Cision and Brandwatch, covering the Americas. Prior experience includes positions at Choice Hotels International as a Franchise Legal Team Associate, BEIRAMEE LAW GROUP, P.C. as an Associate Attorney, and the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia as an Assistant Attorney General. Ty's career began with roles in compliance and legal internships, including at Wilmington Trust and Cigna. Ty holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Politics and Foreign Policy from Georgetown University.
