Tyler Basti

Tyler Basti is an experienced recruiting professional with a strong background in technical recruitment and diversity initiatives. Most recently, Tyler served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Unity, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting, managing multiple requisitions, and leading DEI initiatives. Prior roles encompassed positions at Meta as a Technical Sourcer and Technical Recruiting Researcher, where Tyler focused on recruiting senior-level engineers and improving the candidate experience.
