Uri Patish

Uri Patish has extensive experience in software development and research, with a significant background in computer vision and machine learning. At Trax Retail, Uri served as a Research Scientist from July 2015 to February 2023, and previously held positions as a Senior Software Developer at Pentagon 2000 Software, Inc. from March 2002 to October 2008, and as a Software Developer & Team Leader in the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200 from 1998 to 2002. Currently, Uri is an Applied Research Scientist at Meta since November 2023. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy from the Weizmann Institute of Science, where Uri also completed both an MSc and postdoctoral research, as well as a BSc in Computer Science and Biology (Bioinformatics) from Tel Aviv University.
