Ushma Bharucha is an experienced engineer with a strong background in electrical and computer engineering. Ushma began a career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant System Engineer from September 2015 to July 2017. Subsequently, Ushma served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, mentoring graduate and undergraduate students in courses such as Analog and Digital Communications and laboratory sessions for circuit construction and debugging. As a Graduate Research Assistant, Ushma contributed to the design of a scalable hardware accelerator for cloud FPGAs, achieving significant performance milestones. Currently, Ushma works as an ASIC Engineer in Architecture at Meta since April 2021. Ushma holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from D J Sanghvi (Mumbai University).
