Valerie Stempler

Valerie Stempler is an experienced entertainment industry professional with a robust background in development, production, and industry management. Stempler’s career includes roles such as Summer Associate at Paramount Pictures, where strategic analysis was provided for the newly established Paramount Animation feature film department. Stempler further advanced in positions at Facebook, ultimately becoming Director of Entertainment and later Client Partner. Prior experience also includes overseeing development and co-productions at National Geographic Channel and managing high-budget projects at National Geographic Cinema Ventures. Currently, Stempler serves as Head of Industry for Entertainment at Meta. Stempler holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by additional studies at the Institute of Italian Studies.
