Veronica Marshall

Veronica Marshall has extensive experience in learning and development across multiple organizations. At Facebook, from January 2017 to October 2018, Veronica held the positions of Head of IC Leadership Development and Head of New Manager Development, focusing on leadership training and onboarding programs. Prior to this, at eircom, Veronica contributed as a Learning and Development Specialist, creating sales processes for eMobile. Veronica's career began at Meteor, where roles included Sales Training Specialist and Learning and Development Consultant, involving the development of training initiatives for retail and commercial functions. Currently, Veronica serves as the Head of Global Manager Development at Meta since April 2022. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork and certificates in Learning and Development and Training and Development from the National College of Ireland and the Irish Institute of Training and Development, respectively.
