Vicky Huang

Vicky (Yunjia) Huang is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in recommendation systems and analytics. Currently serving as a Data Scientist at Meta since May 2025, Vicky is a part of the AI Knowledge Team working on the Modern Recommendation System. Prior to this role, Vicky excelled as a Machine Learning Data Scientist at Stitch Fix, where contributions included designing experiments to enhance personalization and user engagement. Vicky also held various positions at Wayfair, focusing on search and recommendation analytics, and advanced analytics capabilities. Vicky's professional journey includes internships at organizations such as PLM Trailer Leasing, Nielsen, KPMG China, and BDA, demonstrating a strong foundation in quantitative analysis and business intelligence. Vicky holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of International Business and Economics, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Adelaide.
