Vincent Cheung

Vincent Cheung has extensive experience in software engineering and research, showcasing a strong background in machine learning and computer vision. At Meta from July 2019 to December 2023, Vincent advanced through several engineering roles, culminating in the position of Principal Software Engineer. Prior to this, Vincent founded and served as CEO of Loupe/Shape Collage, successfully growing the user base to 10 million and generating seven-figure revenues while managing diverse responsibilities including software development and business strategy. Vincent also contributed to academic research as a Computer Vision and Machine Learning Research Assistant at the University of Toronto, working on video modeling and machine learning algorithms, and held internships at Google and Microsoft Research, where Vincent focused on developing algorithms for computer vision applications.
