Vish Patel

Vish Patel has extensive experience in customer experience, digital transformation, and strategic leadership. Most recently, Vish has served as Partner VP of Strategy at Meta since January 2023. Prior to this role, Vish was Director of Customer Experience & Success at Lumen Technologies from December 2019 to January 2023, and held leadership positions at CenturyLink as Head of Customer Experience for EMEA, as well as at BT in roles including Senior Digital Transformation Manager and Head of Group Strategy. Earlier in the career, Vish worked as a Management Consultant at EY. Vish holds an Executive MBA in Strategy Innovation and Leadership from Henley Business School, completed between 2020 and 2022.
