Wei Shao has extensive experience in the field of machine learning and software engineering, beginning with a role as a Research Assistant at the Robert Bosch Research and Technology Center in 2011. Subsequently, Wei worked as a Software Engineer at OptumSoft from January 2012 to December 2013, contributing to innovative compiler technology for distributed software systems. From January 2014 to December 2017, Wei served as a Machine Learning Engineer at Rocket Fuel Inc., where responsibilities included developing large-scale models to optimize advertising campaign performance through Real-Time Bidding.
