Wendy Massa is an experienced merchandising professional with a diverse background in digital commerce and retail strategies. Wendy served as Sr. Merchandiser for Baby and Maternity at Gap Online and later became the Director of Merchandising for Gap Online Kids & Baby, overseeing a significant $190M online business with a team of ten. At Old Navy, Wendy led merchandising for the Online Kids division, managing a $200M business with a team of five. Wendy's recent roles at Meta included Director of Meta Store Merchandising & Customer Experience, where Wendy established the direct-to-consumer merchandising team, and currently serves as Director of Global Digital Channel Experiences, leading digital experiences across various sales channels. Previous experience includes roles at Mervyns and Apple, with a foundational degree in Business Marketing from California State University, Chico.
