Wesley Chang

Wesley (Chingwei) Chang is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in mechanical and opto-mechanical engineering. Beginning with an engineering internship at Belshaw Adamatic Bakery Group, Wesley focused on improving manufacturing efficiency, before progressing to roles at Hologic, Inc. where project leadership in R&D and medical device documentation was demonstrated. Additional engineering experience includes work at Automotive Research and Testing Center, DiCon Fiberoptics, and currently at Meta as an Opto Mechanical Engineer. Academic achievements include a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and specialized training in Optical Instrument Design from the University of California, Irvine. Wesley's expertise encompasses design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes, complemented by proficiency in technical software tools.
