Will Bauer

Will Bauer has extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors, primarily focused on engineering and operations. Serving in the US Navy from March 2013 to December 2015, Will held positions as Department Manager, Shift Engineer/Staff Training Group Officer, and Nuclear Reactor Operator, contributing to the management and training of personnel in high-stakes environments. After leaving the Navy, Will transitioned to roles at Facebook, where responsibilities included Regional Site Startup Engineer and Electrical Subject Matter Expert, before joining Meta as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer. Will possesses a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering/Engineering Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
