Will Haffner possesses a diverse professional background in data science and research, beginning as an intern at Monar Consulting, Inc. and a technologist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in 2010. Subsequent experience includes roles as a researcher at Altair Advisers and a programmer at TJM Institutional Services. From 2015 to August 2018, Will worked at Bridgewater Associates in various capacities, including research, data science, and trading. After joining Blend in November 2020 as a data scientist, a transition to Catylex as an advisor occurred in August 2020. In April 2022, Will took on the role of staff data scientist and tech lead at Meta, eventually advancing to data science manager in June 2024. Will Haffner holds a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
